The Huanghua City is adjacent to eastern Bohai, northern Beijing and Tianjin, and western Cangzhou .The geographical position is superior and traffic is convenient with 205 national road, Changhua road and Shihuang speedway distributing in the city. The railway, seaways extend in all directions. Huanghua port is the second channel to transport the coals and the coast of importing and exporting all kinds of materials. Huanghua is one of the main exploitative coastal cities of China. And also located in the center of Huabei, Dagang and Shengli oil field, which is the distributing center of petroleum products.
